At Zenvico, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with the resolution process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
